Prof. Dr. Vallabhbhai Patel, urologist, philosopher, artist (“photopainting”), politician, is married to Ute Patel-Missfeldt, an internationally well known painter on silk. They live in a 500 years old summer palace in the city of Neuburg, near Munich and Ingolstadt.

6. Feb. 1934	Birth in India, started school at the age of 4 yrs, jumped twice a class, Hence passed the SSCE examination at the age of 14. B.Sc. in zoology at 19 yrs.

Since 1999 Senior Professor, consultant and advisor, Kidney Research Institute, Rajkot. Clinic experience as Urologist in Vienna, Berlin, Aachen, Oldenburg, Saarbruecken, Bremerhaven, Offenbach, Ingolstadt, as well as in different hospitals in England, Scotland, Saudi Arabia, Africa and India

108 papers read at national urological and international conferences, 43 papers published. He has developed 11 new operative techniques in the field of urology. Some of them are mentioned in different textbooks of Urology.

Prof. Dr. Vallabhbhai Patel passed away in September 2017.

Exhibitions in Europe, India, Museum of Modern Art, New York, Luxury liner M.S. Europa Calendars, post cards, gramophone-record covers etc. have been published.

He has developed a new theory of scientific ethic (use of rational, scientific & logical method in the field of ethics).Series of lectures on this theme at different national and international conferences of philosophy as well as at different “Peoples University” at Bremerhaven, Ingolstadt, Neuburg, Munich etc.

3rd edition “The happiness lies on this side of death – a rational ethic”. The second book is already written (500 pages) but not yet published – “Clear thinking in day to day life”.

Co-editor of the monthly: “Reformation and criticism”  

Since 2009:  Guest Professor, University of Regensburg, Germany in the department of faculty of religious – science. Has held seminars for the school teachers of ethics, and is co-author of text book of ethics for the schools.

1998	Awarded the medal “Silver Thistle” of the largest news-paper of Bavaria, “Augsburger Allgemeine” for social services for people of Neuburg and Bavaria, in the presence of the consul-general of India.

He operates upon the poor and needy patients of India & Africa without any charges since about 45 yrs and trains the urologists and surgeons in his own operative techniques.  However, since 2000, after a serious severe traffic accident on the way to a “urological camp”, he now has more or less advisory function during such operations. His wife and he have helped to start Kindergartens and women’s organization (Mahila Sangh) at Bhavnagar, Saurashtra, Gujarat.

He is married with Ute Patel-Missfeldt, a well known painter on silk. She has written 32 books on painting on silk, has had exhibitions with Picasso Dali and other exhibitions all over the world. She was for 10 yrs opera-director, organizes the greatest hat show of the world at Neuburg. Has been invited by the Taiwan Government to teach Porcelain Painting and is engaged in many other activities.

TV & Radio reports in German television stations such as ARD, ZDF, RTL, IN-TV, NDR-Bremen, Bavarian radio etc. besides numerous articles in the news-papers and magazines.
